Our goal here at Evergreen Montessori is to develop the unique capabilities of each child, allowing him or her to take a positive, productive place in the larger community. While the child is the center, he or she is not the limit of our school. Parents, teachers, administrative staff and facilities form a circle of community within which the child’s growth takes place.

We seek to accomplish this goal by developing an excellent faculty, staff and environment for learning; fostering parental understanding, support and involvement; and applying Montessori principles to the entire Evergreen community.

The mission of Evergreen Montessori School is to provide both creative and stimulating intellectual, artistic and developmental experiences for all children. We strive to cultivate each child’s natural desire to learn and to foster his or her natural curiosity and love of knowledge. We strive to instill a sense of acceptance and understanding through our diverse learning environment.

Evergreen will continue to meet the standards established by the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI).
